Personal Representatives of the Estate of JACK POPICK, Deceased,
Parties of the First Part, and William Clarenceliersey and Frances S:.
Hersey, his wife, whose mailing address is: 6301~Arapahoe Street,
Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450. .
WITNESSETH, that the Parties of the First Part, by virtue
of the power and authority to them given in and by the Last Will
and Testament of JACK POPICK, Deceased, and in consideration of
the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other good and valuable con-
siderations ~n hand paid, grants, bargains, sells, assigns, re-
leases,~conveys and confirms to the Parties of the Second Part,
their heirs and assigns forever, an undivided 50$ interest of all
that certain parcel of land lying and being in the County of
St. Lucie, State of Florida, more particularly descri}~ed as follows:

Lot 6, Block 8, Unit 2 of RIVERSIDE YACHT CLUB ESTATES
according to the plat of said division recorded in
plat book 6, page 40, Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
Grantors hereof covenant with grantees that the subject property is un-
improved land and that same is not now, nor has ever_been, the homstead
of the grantors.
SUBJEGT TO:
1. C6nditions, restrictions, reservations, easements and
limitations of record. ;
