PETITION FOR APPROVAL OF SETTLEMENT AND ATTORNEYS' FEES AND COSTS Petitioner, DEBRA ADAMS COBLE, as Personal Representative of the Estate of THELMA H. ADAMS, deceased, hereby petitions this Court for approval of settlement~and payment of attorneys' fees and costs and states as follows: 1. Petitioner is the duly qualified Personal Representative of the estate of the above decedent, having received Letters of Admin- istration previously issued to her. 2. The decedent, THEL.MA H. ADAMS, left surviving her your Petitioner, as surviving daughter and also two sons, to wit: John Hubert Adams, Jr. and Ti~mothy S~ayne Adams. Timothy tJayne Adams was a minor at the time of the decedent's death having been born on ~ Octoher 31, 1959. 3. That part of the assets of the estate consisted of an action_arising out of the death of the deceased, pursuant to Florida Statute §768.16 et seq., which action Petitioner has dilligently pur- sued in connection with settlement thereof against the driver of the motor vehicle which resulted in the decedent's death, namely Leslie Cassell, and his iasurance carrier, Prudential Property and Casualty Insurance Company. 4. Petitioner has received an offer to settle the claim ~ ~ ~ ~ of the Estate of THELMA H.
