ORDER APPROVING SETTLEMENT AND ATTORNEYS' FEES AND COSTS
This matter having come on before the Court upon the Peti-
tion of DEBRA ADAMS COBLE, as Personal Representative of the Estate
of THELMA H. ADAtiS, deceased, for an order approving settlement and
payment of attorneys' fees and costs and the Court having considered
same and having considered the ~~aiver and Consent attached and it ap-
pearing to the Court that:
1. The averments of the Petition are true, and the Peti-
tioner and the surviving son of the decedent, TIMOTHY WAYNE ADAMS,
understand the terms of the settlement and have approved same and
upon consideration it is therefore
~ ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Petitioner, DEBRA ADAMS
~ hereb authorized and enabled to settle the claim
COBLE, be and is y
of the estate and of Timothy Wayne Adams, as survivor, against Leslie
Cassell and Prudential Property and Casualty Insurance Company as pro-
vided by F.S. §768.16 et seq., for the sum of TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS
($10, 000. 00) ; and
~ IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Petitioner pay at-
torneys' fees to Cone, Owen, Wagner, Nugent, Johnson & AicKeown, P.A.
in the sum of $3,333.33 and costs incurred in the amount of
$407.33 ; and-

~ IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that DEBRA ADAMS COBLE,
~ as Personal Representative of the above estate, has authority and is
~
~ hereby empowered to execute any instrument that may be necessary in
- order to effectuate the settlement as authorized herein and that,
