O R D E R
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard before the Court pursuant
to the Order of this Court for the sale of the real property of the
Estate of PERRY CARLTON, Deceased, on the 23rd day of June, 1978,
at 1:30 P.M. O'clock, and the Court finding:
1. That all heirs were given sufficient prior notice of
the sale to be held at 1:30 P.M. O'clock on June 23, 1978.
2. That seven of the heirs or prospective heirs of the

~ Estate of PERRY CARLTON were ~ersonally present, these being:

~ WALTER CARLTON, JAMES O. NELSON, LUCY JANE CARLTON ROGERS, CHARLES
H. CARLTON and REUBEN W. CARLTON, and that REUBEN W. CARLTON is the
assignee and owner of the interest of DAN CARLTON in said Estate.
3. That the follow~ing heirs were represented by their
attorneys of record: CHARLES T. CARLTON, JOANNE CARLTON, MARY E.
CARLTON, WALTER L. CARLTON, RUBY CARLTON TEAGUE, RICHARD CARLTON
and REUBEN W. CARLTON represented by JOHN BRENNAN, Esquire; ALBERTA
CARLTON HAYES, LOUISE C. WHITTICE and CHARLES H. CARLTON represented Z
~ by RAYMOND FORD, Esquire; the Estate of HARRY O. NELSON represented
