the Counsel of Record present representinq the heirs of the Estate
nor any of the bidders who were found to be financially qualified
by the Court who were present registered any objection to any ruZing
of this Court durinq the proceedings of the sale.
5. That the First National Bank of Fort Pierce as Personal
Representative of the Estate of PERRY CARLTON, Deceased, has fully
complied with all of the duties required of it by this Court as set
forth in this Court's Amended Order rendered on June 22, 1978.
6. That in the Orders of this Court rendered on April 25,
1978, and June 22, 1978, this Court expressly reserved jurisdiction
to decide all matters regarding the sale at the procedural meeting
on June 19, 1978, and at the sale on June 23, 1978.
7. That it is in the best interests of the Estate and of
the heirs that only those persons who sub~itted timeZy written
- opening bids to the Personal Representative on or before 9:30 A.M.
O'clock on June 19, 1978, and whose financial qualifications were
approved by this Court on June 23, 1978, be permitted to participate
in the bidding at the sale on June 23, 1978.
8. That it is in the best interest of the Estate and of
the heirs of the Estate, in order to maximize the monetary amount
of the bidding, to permit any bidder who is financially qualified to
do so to bid on all parcels individually and in the aggregate; and
that the Personal Representative and the following heirs either
personally or through their attorneys of record recomanended and
agreed to this procedure: JAMES O. NELSON; CHARLES T. CARLTON,
JOANNE CARLTON, MARY E. CARLTON, RUBY CARLTON TEAGUE, REUBEN CARLTON,
RICHARD CARLTON and REUBEN CARLTON as the assignee of DAN CARLTON,
all represented by JOHN BRENNAN, Esquire; ALBERTA CARLTON HAYES,
LOUISE C. WHITTICE and CHARLES H. CARLTON, all represented by
RAYMOND FORD, Esquire; and the Estate of HARRY O. NELSON represented
by CHESTER GRIFFIN, Esquire; and that the other heirs present did not
