9. That, prior to the commencement of the bidding, all ~

persons who wished to bid presented themselves to the Court for an ~

interview to determine their financial qualifications; and that in
accordance with its announced procedure, the Court duly qualified
all persons later alZowed to participate in the bidding.
10. That the parcels of real property to which title is
held by the heirs of the Estate of PERRY CARLTON, Deceased, and
the values of each respective parcel as set forth in the appraisal
dated February 14, 1978, and previously introduced into evidence
