and that the total of the highest bids of all parcels is Two Million
Seven Hundred Thirteen Thousand Eight Hundred And Fifty ($2,~I3,850.00)
Dollars; and that, when requested by the Court, no bids were tendered
for all parcels in the aggregate.
12. That even though the highest bids received on Parcels
A-2, A-3, A-4 and A-5 are lower than the appraised values for these
parcels, the total of the Highest bids is $2,713,SS0.00 which repre-
sents $1,057,850.00 dollars in excess of the total appraised value.of .
all of said lands, i.e., $1,656,000.00; and that it is in the best
interests of the Estate and of the heirs that all parcels be sold
for the highest bids received. ~
13. That in response to a specific query by the Court at
the conclusion of the bidding, no one present had any objections to -
the Court entering an Order on the record approving the sales of all
parcels to the respective highest bidders.
14. That each of the hig~est bidders have deposited with
the Court an amount~in cash, cashier's check, certified check or
other form equivalent to cash representing ten percent (1Q$) of their
respective highest bids on the respective parcels upon which their
bids were accepted.
15. That it is in the best interest of the Estate and of
the heirs that all parce2s purchased be paid for in cash by the
respective purchasers at the closings on the respective parcels.
