by. counsel, and being otherwise advised in the premises, it is there-
upon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as foZlows:
1. That it be and is hereby ordered that all of the
parcels af real property to which title is held by the heirs of
the Estate of PERRY CARLTON, deceased, are sold to the highest
bidder named hereinabove on each of said parcels for the amount
of money representing the highest b'id thereon. Said parcels of
real property, purchaser and purchase price being as follows:

C-4 Ru-Mar, Inc. 2,250,000.00;
and that the sales of these respective parcels to these named pur-
chasers for the stated sums, be, and are hereby confirmed and approved;
and that it be and is hereby further ordered and adjudged that parcel
C-4 of said lands be conveyed to Ru-Mar, Inc., as the successful
bidder, and/or its designated assiqns, subject to the easement ~
awarded to Florida Power & Light Company in the Order Of Taking ~
rendered on May 19, 1978, by the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth
Judicial Circuit in the case of Florida Power & Light Company -vs-
