HomeMy WebLinkAbout0697 First National Bank of Fort Pierce as Administrator of the Estate of Perry Carlton, deceased, Case No. 78-39 CA, and all of the rights, duties and obligations accruing under said action together with all monies now deposited into the registry of the Court shall be conveyed and assigned by the Estate to Ru-Mar, Inc., and/or its designated assigns. ~ 2. That the Personal Representative of the Estate of PERRY CARLTON, deceased, be, and is hereby ordered to convey marketable title to said respective parcels of real property to the respective named purchasers and/or their designated assigns by Administrator's Deeds. 3. That the Personal Representative be, and is hereby ordered to take possession of the respective ten percent (10$) deposits of the respective purchasers. 4. That, except as otherwise ordered by this Court, the closinqs on all of the parcels sold shall~take place within ninety (90) days from and includi3~g June 23, 1978,-and that all purchasers on the date of the closings shall pay to the Personal Representative • the sum of money in cash, cashier's check or certified check, . equaling the remaining ninety percent (90$) of the purchase price of the parcel of land purchased by each of them, respectively. 5. That the Personal Representative.be, and is hereby ordered to obtain and transmit to the purchasers Abstracts Of Title t on the lands purchased by them, respectively, as soon as reasonably possible. ; 6.
