The petitioner, PAUL W. PRINDLE, alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as
a beneficiary and as the personal representative named in the
decedent's last will and testament. Petitioner's name and
address are: Paul W. Prindle, 55 Noroton Avenue, Darien,
Connecticut 06820; and the name and address pf petitioner's
attorney are as set forth at the end of this petition.
2. Decedent, Mildred P. Fromwiller, whose last known
address was 2302 Sunrise Boulevard, Apartment 2-210 Inlet
House, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, died on July 16, b978 at
Apartment 2-210 Inlet House, 2302 Sunrise Boulevard, Fort
Pierce, Florida 33450, and at the time of death decedent was
domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries
of this estate, all of whom are over the age of 18 years, their
addresses and relationships to decedent, are:
