8. The oriqinal of the decedent's 2ast will, dated
September 15, 1976, and one codicil thereto, dated August 15,
19~7 accompany this petition. ~
Petitioner requests that the decedent's will and one
codicil thereto be admitted to probate and that he be appointed
personal representative of the Florida estate of the decedent.
Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I have read
the foregoing and the facts alleged are true, to the best of
