Clearwater Beach, Florida.
(c) Fifty Dollars ($50.00) to FRANK C. SMITH, of Port
St. Lucie, Florida.
In the event any of the above named individuals herein
named shall predecease me, then the sum given to said individual
herein named shall become a part of my residuary estate.
FIFTH: I give and bequeath the sum of Ten Thousand Dollars
($10,000.00) to my stepdaughter, ETHEL FROMWILLER IMHOFF, if she
survives me; and I give and bequeath any of the paintings of my
late husband that she may select to my stepdaughter, E'g1EL FROMWILLER
IMHOFF. In the event said ETHEL FROMWILLER IN~iOFF predeceases
me, then I give and bequeath the sum of Five Thousand Dollars
($5,000.00),to her son, ROGER IMHOFF.
SIXTH: I give and bequeath all of my personal property,
including any automobile which I may own at my death, household
~ furniture, and furnishings, jewelry, clothing and all o'ther items of

~ ersonal property,other than cash and securities, to my personal
~ representative, to be divided among my brother and three sisters

is bequest, all of the monetary bequests which I.have heretofore
