it is difficult or i~ossible to determine who died first, shall '
be deemed to have predeceased me.
NINTH: Any and all Federal, State, foreign or other
inheritance, estate, transfer, succession, death or similar duties

and taxes (whether levied, based or imposed upon or measured
by property that passes by my Will or levied, based or imposed upon
or measured by any other property) shall be paid out of my residuary ;
estate and shall not be equitably prorated or charged against the f

g provided by my Will or such other property. ~
TEN4ii: I nominate, constitute and appoint my brother, PAUL .
WESLEY PRINDLE, of Darien, Connecticut, as Personal Representative
of this, my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT, expressly excusing him from
giving any bond or security in any Court for the faithful performance
of his duties as Personal Representative. I give my Personal Repre- ;

setitative the fullest authority and power to sell and convey any part ~
or all of my said estate at public or private sale, with or ~
without notice, as he may deem best and without any order of Court.

I authorize an d empower said Personal Representative to make gaod ~
and sufficient conveyances to any purchaser and to hold tYie proceeds
of any sale to the same use as hereinbefore declared in the several
items of this, my Will. I further hereby expressly confer upon said
Personal Representative the authority and power.to borrow money for
the use of my estate in any instance where he may think it necessaxy
and proper, and to secure in mortgage or any ather form of security.
I expressly direct that any expenses my brother may be put
to in administering my estate shall be reimbursed to him from
my estate.
