Florida, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do hereby make
and publish this as a CODICIL to my Last Will and Testament dated
September 15, 19?6.
In I tem FOURTH , PART C) of said Will and Testament ~ change
"Frank C. Smith, of Port St. Lucie~ Florida," to read, "Mae Arnold,
of Fort, Pierce~ Florida." -
In item FOURTH of said Will and Testament. add the following
PART s
(d) Fifty dollars ($50.00) to Virginia Owen Delano~ of Fort
Pierce, Florida.
