LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

I, MARGARET D. DEVLIN, of St. Lucie, County,
Florida, do~hereby make, publish and declare this to be my
Last Will and Testament, and hereby revoke any and all other
Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me.
CLAUSE I: I direct my Personal Representative to
pay out of my residuary estate all of my just debts, including
any existing mortgage on my house located at 807 Grandview
Boulevard, Fort Pierce, Florida together with the expenses
of my last illness and funeral expenses.
~ CLAUSE II: I bequeath to my daughter, PATRICIA L.
GLENNON, all my household furnishings.
CLAUSE IV: I give, devise and bequeath all the
rest, residue and remainder of my property, real and personal,
~i wherever situate and whether acquired before or after the .
~ execution of this Will to'my children, to wit: JOSEPH JOHN

~ DEVLIN, or the heirs of his body, MARGARET M. RECKNER, or

~ the heirs of her body, KATHLEEN S. HANSEN, or the heirs of
~ her body, and PATRICIA L. GLENNON, or the heirs of her body,
to be theirs absolutely.
CLAUSE V: I nominate and appoint my daughter,
PATRICIA L. GLENNON, as Personal Representative of this
Will, to serve without bond and in the event she shall die,
resign or be unable for any reason to act as such, then I

name and appoint my son, JOSEPH JOHN DEVLIN, as such Personal

~ Representative, to serve without bond.
