FINAL JUDGMENT OF PARTITION
THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard upon the Petition
for Partition filed by ORADEAN WILEY, and all parties appearing
to have an interest therein having been formally served, and the
Court being otherwise duly advised upon the premises, the
Court finds and Orders that:
1. The Petitioner is entitled to partition of the sub~ ect
property described as: -
Lots 23 and 26, Block 5, ELDORADO SUBDIVISION,
according to the Plat thereof recorded in the
Public Records of St. Lucie County~ Florida,
2. Said property is not divisible in kind and shall

therefore be sold by the Clerk at public sale on the
day of August, 1978, at 11:00 A. M., at the East front door of
the Courthouse after advertising said sale in accordance with
Florida Statute, Section 45.031.
3. For the purposes of the above-referenced sale, ORADEAN
WILEY shall be considered to have an undivided thirty percent
(309'a) interest in and to the subject property and shall be
permitted to bid and receive credit for such interest therein.
4, NANCY BALL, for the purposes of the sale only, is
determined to have an undivided seventy percent (70%) interest Z;
in and to the subject property and shall be permitted to bid
and receive credit for such interest therein, f
