7. It is proposed that all probate assets of the decedent~ ;
including exempt property, be distributed or disposed of as ;
follows: -
TO ROBERT A. PAULSON, 11202 North Miller Road, Socttsdale, ~
Arizona 85260, the following-described real~property, which
constitutes the only asset of this estate:
Proceeds from sale of following real property:
Lots 6 and 7, Block 1.~ MARAVILLA PARK, St.
Lucie County, Florida, also known as 1120
Rosedale Ayenue Fort Pierce, Florida, in the
amount of 518,7~8.68.
8. Petitioner is ur~aware of any unrevoked will or
codicil of decedent other than as set forth in Paragraph 9.
9. The original of the decedent's last will dated
December 22, 1965, is in the possession of the above Court.
10. Decedent's will does not direct administration as
required by Chapter 733, Florida Statutes.
Petitioner requests that an order of family administration
be entered directing distribution of the assets in the estate in
accordance with the schedule set forth in Paragraph 7 of this
petition.
Under penalties of perjury I declare that I have read the
foregoing and the facts alleged are true, to the best of my
knowledge and belief.
