ORDER OF FAMILY ADMINISTRATION
On the petition of ROBERT A. PAULSON, for Family Administration
of the Estate of GRACE J. PAULSON, Deceased, the Court finding
that the decedent died on the 27th day of March, 1978; that all
interested persons have been served proper notice of this hearing
or have waived notice thereof; that the material allegations of
the petition are true; and that an Order of Family Administration
should be entered in this estate in accordance with the petition,
it is
ADJUDGED that there be immediate distribution of the assets
of the decedent as follows: '
To ROBERT A. PAULSON, entire estate assets
consisting of proceeds from the sale of
real property in the amount of $18,7I8.68.
ADJUDGED FURTAER, that those to whom specified parts of the
decedent's estate are assigned by this Order shall be entitled to
receive and collect same, and to~maintain actions to enforce the
rights.
ADJUDGED FURTHER, that debtors of the decedent, those holding
property of the decedent and those with whom securities or other
properties of the decedent are registered, are authorized and
empowered to comply with this Order by paying, delivering and
transferring to those specified above the parts of the decedent's
estate assigned to them by this Order, and such persons shall
not be accountable to an one else for t e property.
