ORDER
ZI-IIS CAi1SE having came before the Court an the 24th day of
July, 1978, on Motion of.Respondent for reduction of child sup~port and the
Court being duly advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERF.D AND AAJlJD(~D that support payments be tenq~orarily
reduced fran the current amount of ~50.00 every tw~o weeks to the amoimt of -
$35.00 every two weeks, plus an additional ~2.00 for payment of Clerk's
fee for receiving and disbursing support payments. These payments are
to begin on the 7th day of August, 1978, and thereafter on Monday of each
and every two week period, pending the outcome of custody proceedings to be. -
instituted concerning DAVID L. RAYI~I~ID, JR. These payments shall be made
in cash, by cashier's check or postal Yroney order to t}~e Clerk of the
Circuit Court of St. Lucie Cowity, Florida, P. O. Box 700, Fort Pierce,
Florida, and the said Clerk shall transmit the said payments to: Domestic
Relations, Court House, Williamsport, Pennsylvania 17701.
This Court shall retain jurisdiction of this cause for the
purpose of enforcing this Order and entering such further Orders as may
be deeined equitable.
