o shall have the exclusive power and authority (1) to establish ~

~ accbunts, for the purpo$e of purchasing, investing in, or ;
! Z otherwise acquiring, selling (including short sales), possessing,~
~ ` transferring, exchanginq, pledq~ng, or otherwiae~disposing +
p of, or turning to account of, or realizing upon, and generally i
o dealing in and with (a) any and all forms of securities, `
including but not by way of limitation, shares, stocks, ~
o bonda, debenturee, notes, scrip, participation certificatea, ,
~ rights to subscribe, options, warrants, certificates of deposit „
~ o mortgages, chosea in action, evidences of indebtednesa, ~
~ cormnercial paper, certificates of indebtednesa and certifiGates ~
~ of interest of any and every kind and nature whatsoever, °
; secured or unaecured, whether represented by trust, participatin~
~ and/or other certificates or otherwises and (b) any and all ~
~ commodities and/or contracta for the future delivery thereof, ~
g whether represented by trust, participating and/or other ~
= certificates or otherwiees (2) to pledge trust property as ;
g collateral for any peraonal or business loans of GRANTOR, or }
- = for tha benefit of any other person or entity designated by
~ ~ GRANTOR, and (3) to delegate to any agent of GRANTOR'S ~
o choice by power of attorney or othezwise, the conductinq of
; bankinq activities for TRUSTEE, or the hirinq, cancellation
~ or use of entry ot a safe deposit box or other storage
~ facilities in the name of TRUSTEE. Said power and authority
~ shall be peculiar to GRANTOR while acting as initial TRUSTEE,
~ and ahall not pass to azy nominee ot the initial TRUSTEE or
~ his successors in truat. ~
~ "F. To hold ariy property, real or personal and whersver
~ situated, including stock or eecurities comprisinq a part of
~ the trust estate in its own name or in the name of a nominee,
without mention ot the tru9t in the certificate evidencing
such property or such stock or aecuritiea, or in the records
of the corporation or businese entity iasuinq the aa~e,
provided that the TRUSTEE shall be liable tor th~ actions or
~ ommiseions of its nominees.
