The above-named defendant who is present before the court,
having been declared indigent or partially indigent, and said
defendant hav ing received, at his request,.the assistance of the
Public Defender's office or the services of a private attorney
appointed pursuant to the Fl~rida Statutes or the r^lorida Rules
of Criminal Procedure, and said defendant having been determined
to be guilty of a criminal act, it is, pursuant to Section
27.56, Florida Statutes;
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
