having been declared indigent or partially indigent, and said
defendant hav ing received, at his request, the assistance of the
Public Defender's office or the services of a private attorney
appointed pursuant to the Flarida Statutes or the Florida Rules
of Criminal Procedure, and said def~endant having been determined
to be guilty of a criminal act, it is, pursuant to Section
27.56, Florida Statutes;
