having been declared indigent or partially indigent, and said

Public Defender's office or the services of a private attorney
appointed pursuant to the Florida Statutes or the ilorida Rules
of Criminal Procedure, and said defendant having been determined
to be guilty of a criminal act, it is, pursuant to Section
27.56, Florida Statutes;
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
