the Second Part do hereby agree to assune the follawing:
1. Taxes for the current year and subsequent years.
2. Conditions, restrictions, limitations, reservations, easements and
other matters of record.
3. The Declaration of Condominiun and Exhibits attached thereto.
4. . The Articles of Incorporation, By-LaHrs and Declaration of Covenants
and Restrictions of Ocean Village Property Owner's Association, Inc.,
a Florida non-profit corporation, the provisions of which docwnents
nm with the land. The Grantee(s) assiBnes the obligations of a ~
