O R D E R
This cause came on to be heard upon Stipulation of the
parties, and it appearing to the Court that the parties have agreed
upon and resolved all i~sues in controversy, and the Court being fully
advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Legal custody of the minor child NEAL ALAN JOHNS is
hereby rewarded to the Respondent JAt~S H. HANNA, JR.
2.. The Petitioner JESSIE VIRGINIA JOHNS STEVENS shall have
liberal rights of visitation with the minor child in accordance with
I~ the terms of the Stipulation entered into between the parties.

~ 3. The Stipulation entered into between the parties is

~ incorporated herein by reference and the parties are ordered to comply
~ with the provisions thereof.
§
~ 4. This order supersedes the order entered by this Court on
~ October 18, 1977, and the restraining order contained therein is
hereby removed.

~ 5. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties hereto is
~
~ retained for the entry of such further orders as may deemed proper.
