St. Lucie County Florida . died on
Januarv 9 19 75 , anci Letters of Administration were issued to
Petitioner on March 20 , 19
waivers from the eight residuary devisees of filing
2. Petitioner files herewith final accounting containing a complete report of all receipts
and disbursements since the commencement of administration of this estate, or since the date of the
L~st accounting Ciled herein, if any.
3. Petitioner has fuUy adminutered this estate, by making payment, settlement, or other
dispc~sition of all claims and debts that were presented, and by paying or making pro~ision for the
payment of all erpenses of administration. -
4. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returns with the Internal Revenue Service and

vs+it;i the Department of Rerenue of the State of Florida, and has obtained and filed with this court

~ evidence of the satisfaction of this estate's obligations for both federal and Florida estate taxes, if any.
