ORDER TAXING INTEREST AND ADDITIONAL ATTORNEY'S FEE
This cause came on for hearing before the Court on July 31,
1978 on Motion to Tax Interest and for Allowance of Attorney's Fee
filed by defendant Sybil Hayes (Parcel 114), and the Court having ~
considered the evidence produced by the defendant and argument of
counsel, and the Court being fully advised in the premises as to
Parcel 114 owned by Sybil Hayes, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the plaintiff be and it is hereby
directed to deposit the sum of $5,984.93 into the registry of this
Court as additional interest from April 28, 1977 through September
30, 1977 at 69e or $13.9726 per day for 155 days, and from October 1,
1977 through April 34, 1978 at 870 or $18.6301 per day for 205 days.

. It is further ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Spencer B. Gilbert.
j attorney for defendant Sybil Hayes, be awarded attorney's fee in the

~ amount of $ 800. oo for his services rendered at the contempt hear-

~ ing before this Court held April 18. 1978 resulting in an Order of
I
~ Compliance being entered against the plaintiff, and.further that

a i. i~ be awarded $ / o~o . oo as expert witness
~ fee for his testimony on July 31, 1978.

~ It is further ORDERED AND ADJUDGED th at alZ af the above sums
~ be deposited into the registry of the Court and the Clerk of this
~

~ Court disburse said sums to Spencer B. Gilbert as attorney for the
~
~ defendant Sybil Hayes for disbursement as aforesaid.
~ DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, Florida this
