PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE`S DEED
THIS INDENTURE, executed the ~ day o£ TV N~. ,
1978, between LORETTA JEAN KEYES, as pe~al representat ve o t e
Estate of THEODOR.~ R. PURRINGTON, deceased, party of the first part;
and LORETTA JEAN KEYES, whose mailing address is 109 Leyden Road,
Greenfield, Massachusetts 01301, party of the second part;
WITNESSETH, that said party of the first part, pursuant to
the terms and conditions contained in the last Will of the above-named
decedent, and in consideration of the premises~and other good and
valuable consideration in hand paid, grants, bargains, aliens, remises,
reZeases, conveys and confirms to the party of the second part, her
heirs and assigns forever, all interest and title of the Estate of ~
THEODORE R. PURRINGTON, deceased, in and to the following described
property located in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
Lots 37 and 38, Slock 433, of PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION 3,
a subdivision recorded in Plat Book 12, pag~ 13-A, of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
SUBJECT TO restrictions, reservations, covenants and
easements of record.
TOGETHER with aIl the tenements, hereditaments and appurten-
ances with every privilege, right, title, interest and estate, dower
and right to dower, reversion, remainder and easements thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO NAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever.
AND the party of the first part does covenant to and with the
party of the second part, her heirs and assigns, that in all things
j preliminary to and in and about this conveyance the orders of court
and the laws of the State of Florida have been followed and complied
with in all respects.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part, as personal
representative of the Estate of THEODORE R. PURRINGTON, deceased, has
set her hand and seal on the day and year first above written.
