THIS STIYULATION nade and entered into by and betWeen AUBREY
MORTON, and ONEDA NORTON, Wife, and agree as follows:
1. That the Husband shalt be responsible for court costs and
his attorney fees, and the Wife shall be responeible for her attorney fees.
2. That, upon eaecution of the Stipulation by the Wife, and
delivery thereof, the same shatl constitute jurisdiction over the Wife,
waiver of all time limitations for the entrance of final judgement, an~ the
Wife has no objections to the entrance of final judgement of dissotution,
subject to the terma hereof.
