THIS CAUSE came on to be heard before this '
Court upon the Wife's Petition for Dissolution of Marriage and
the Court having heard the testimony of the Wife, a default
having been entered against the Husband for a failure
' to appear or file any pleading or paper in this Court, finds !
as follows:

(1) That the Petitioner, BETTY FULLING, has ~

been a resident of the State of Florida for more than six months ' ~
~ prior to the filing of the Petition. ~ t
~ (2) That jurisdiction has been properly obtained
~ over the Husband through personal service of process.

~ the care, custody and control of the minor child, BRIDGETTE
