ORDER
THIS CAUSE was heard on the 7th day of July, A. D. 1978,,
upon the Motion for Contempt previously filed herein by the
petitioner, PATRICIA EVANS BROWN, and the petitioner being
present in open court in person and represented by counsel,
and the respondent, PHILIP DEAN BROWN, having been represented
by an attorney, and the Court having heard all of the testimony
of the parties and being fully advised in the premises, it is
therefore -
ADJUDGED that the respondent had the financial ability
to pay the sums hereinafter referred to and is now adjudged
guilty of wilful contempt of this Court for his failure to pay
certain medical expenses incurred on behalf of the minor child
~ of the parties as directed by the Final Judgment of Dissolution

E duly entered herein on July 26, 1976. It is

~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the respondent pay, within four
I

~ (4) months of the date of this Order, the following outstanding
~
~ medical bills to the respective creditor:
~
$115.00 to Dr. Douglas Sandberg
$100.00 to Dr. Robert Ifft
; $80.00 to Dr. John Seyfort
~ $85.00 to Dr. Robert F. Cullen, Jr.
~ $275.00 to Dr. Governor Witt
~ $78.00 ~o Dr. Victor Lenchner
~ $449.57 to Patricia Evans erown, reimbursement
~ for pharmacy bills.
; IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that upon the failure
E~~ of the respondent to make the above set forth payments, the
~
t; petitioner may file with this Court an affidavit to that effect '
~
whereupon a Commitment Order will be issued without further
notice to the respondent.
