Book 259, PARTIAL RELEASE page 1276, Public Records COUNTY OF COOK of St. Lucie County, Florida CONTINENTAL ILLINOIS NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST COMPANY OF CHICAGO, a rtational~banking association organized and existing under the laws of the United States, the holder of those certain mortgages (the "Mort- gaqes") being more particularly described as follows: (i) Mortgage and Security Agreement, d~ted Octaber 27, 1976, recorded in O.R. Book 259, page 1254, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and (ii) second-in-priority Mortgage and Security Agreement, dated October 27, 1976, recorded in O.R.
