1. That he is the surviving spouse of CARRIE B. BAILEY,
a/k/a CARRIE BAILEY who were together the owners of certain
property located in St. Lucie County, Florida~ more particularly
described as follows, to-wit:

per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4,

Florida.
2. That his wife, CARRIE B. BAILEY, and the person
referred to as CARRIE BAILEY in the Deed recorded in Deed Book 89, ~
