This cause came on for trial this _ 9- day of ~lc. ,
. 19?8, and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has ~uriadiction of the
parties and sub~ect matter of this suit; that the relation of
Husband and Wife now exists betMeen the parties, and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be
dissolved, It is thereupon
OADERED AND ADJUDGED as folloNS:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MAABIAGE: The marriage betNeen SHELLEY 8.
RIEGEB and RICHARD L. RISGER, be and the same is hereby dissolved,

; and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the

~ bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the
r
s obli~ations arising therefrom.

~ 2. CUSTODY: At the birth of the parties first child, the
~
~ ~life shall have custody of said child with liberal rights of visita-
~
~ tion reserved to the Husband and right of reasonable visitation is
~ further granted to the paternal grandparents in accordance with the
~
~ Separation and Custody Agreement entered by the parties to this cause.

~ 3. CHILD SUPPOET: Commencing the first Friday after the birth
~
~ ~
~ of the parties first child, the Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum
~
M of ~15.00 a week, Mhich payment shall be made through the Clerk of
~ this Court ~n cash, money order or cashier's check and be promptly
~
ka remitted by the Clerk to the Wife. In addi~ion there is hereby
assessed the sum of ~2.00 as costs to be added to each payment made
~

to the Clerk. The parties are ordered to keep the Clerk informed at
~
all times of their residence address while this Order is in effect. '
