ORDER ~
T~IIS CAIISE was duly presented by the State Attorney and the
Respondent having been present in Couart, and the Court being advised in the
premises, it is,
pRpERED AND ADJUD(~.D that the Respondent pay to the Petitioner
for the benefit of ELIZAB~'TH M~ORE, born August 2, 1974; and GARY MOORE, JR.,
born August 15, 1976; minor children, the swn of ~25.00 per week, plus an
additional ~2.00 for payment of Clerk's fee for receiving and disbursing
support payments. These p~yments are to begin on the 14th day of August, 1978,
and thereafter on Monday of each and every week; that said payments shall be
made in cash, by cashier's check or by postal money order to the Clerk of the
Circuit Court of St. Lucie Co~.mty, Florida, P. 0. Box 700, Fort Pierce, Florida,
j and-the said Clerk shall transmit the said payments to Child Support Enforcement
` Section, 1317 Winewood Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida 32301, for transmittal

4 to the State of Mississippi as long as the case is certified as a Title N-D _

9 case. If the Clerk receives notification by the Deparbnent of Health And Re-

~ habilitative Services that that the case is no longei a N-D case, he will
~ then foiward all support to: Mrs. Joyce Dew, Chancery Clerk, Clarke County,
~ Quitman, Mississippi 39355. ~

~ IT IS ~~R ORDERID AIm ADJiJD(~D that Respondent shall have

~ the rig~t to telephane the aforementioned minor children on the first Swiday
~
~
evening of each month and sha11 be allowed to converse with the minor children
~ ~
for a period of time not to exceed thirty (30) minutes duration. Respondent
is instructed to place said monthly telephone call as near the hour of 7:30 P. M.
~ as conditions pernut, and it shall be the responsibility of Petitioner to have
~
s;~ the children available to receive said telephone call. Failure of Petitioner
