This cause was duly presented by tlte State Attorney and the Respondent having been present in
Court, and the Court being advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent pay to the Petitioner for the benetit of

DAVID ERIC B~AiA~1, born Mar~h 9, 1972;
minor children, the sum of S 35.00 _ per week _ plus and additional ~WA ~2.00
for payment of Clerk's fee for receiving and disbursing support payments.
