AGREEMENT ~
THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day of

~ 1978, by and between JOHN M. NANNER, hereinafter called
"Husband" and EVA M. FLOWERS, formerly EVA M. HANNER, hereinafter
called "I~ife" .
WITNESSETH: ~
WNEREAS, the Husband was ordered, on May 26, 1970, to pay
unto the Clerk of the Circuit Court the sum of $20.00 each and
every week for support of the minor children of the parties,
together with an additional $20.00 each and every week on a$910.
arrearage, and
WHEREAS, the parties have experienced post-marital diffi-
culties, including a dispute as to the payment of child support,
and
WHEREAS, the parties hereby agree to modify the previous
Orders, Stipulations and Agreements heretofore entered in this

~ NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises,

~ agreements and covenants hereinafter set forth, the parties do
` hereby promise, agree and cavenant as follows:

~ 1. Each of the parties has given full and mature thought
~
~ and consideration to the making of this Agreement and has had the
~ advice of legal counsel of their own choice or the opportunity to
~
~
~ be so advised, and understands the agreements and obligations
~ herein expressed. It is fully understood and agreed between the
~ parties that the law office of FARISH & FARISH is representing the
~j Husband in the execution of this Agreement and the Wife is rep-
resented in the execution of this Agreement by ROBERT P. SUI~4ERS.
- 2. Without acknowledging the validity of the Wife's claim
= that there is an arrearage in the payment of child support, the
