b. An additional $500.00 within thirty (30) days from
the date of the signing of this Agreement.
c. The balance of TWO THOUSAND ~$2,000.00) DOLLARS is to
be paid at the rate of $20.00 per week until the arrearage is
paid in full.
3. It is expressly undersgood and agreed that:there is a
dispute between the parties as to the amount and/or existence of
an arrearage, and the purpose of this Stipulation is to amicably
resolve and settle this matter. If the Husband fails to comply
with the terms of this Agreement, it is expressly understood and
agreed that neither party shall be bound by the stipulated figure
_ of TflREE THOUSAND ($3,000.00) DOLLARS. In that event, the Wife
, may assert her claim for the full amount of the arrearage, which
she claims is in excess of $3,000.00 and the Husband may defend
and assert his claim that no arrearage exists.
' 4. In addition to the payments on the arrearage, as here-

to the Wife the sum of $30.00 each and every week for support of

~ 5. All payments, as hereinabove described, both for cur-

~ Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, along with

~ statutory costs, which shall be added to each payment made to the

Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or

cashier's check.
l 6. Both of the parties AGREE TO KEEP THE CLERK ADVISED OF
`i THEIR MAILING ADDRESS AT ALL TIMES. Jurisdiction of this cause
~ and the parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further
K-~ orders as may be proper . FUTURE JURISDICTION may be invoked by
