In the event jurisdiction is invoked in this manner, such plead- ings shall~ be mailed by certified mail, return receipt requested, addressee only, to said party, and shall allow forty (40) days from the mailing date thereof in which to file a responsive pleading. , ~ 7. The parties agree that the Husband will pay the Wife's attorney,'s fees for representation in this matter, in the amount of $350.00, plus $14.00 in costs. Receipt of such payment is hereby acknowledged. 8. The Husband shall have reasonable visitation rights to the minor children born of this marriage, including, but not limited to: . a. Every other weekend, from Friday afternoon until Sunday evening, not later than 8:00 o'clock P.M., and one-half of ~ ! all vacation and holiday periods, excluding the summer vacation. i ; During the summer vacation, the Husband shall have extended visit- ~ i ; ation rights of up to one (1) week at a time, provided that the ~ g children shall be properly supervised. Both parents will try to ~ ~ avoid conflicts with the children's plans and work schedules, ~ clea~ly recognizing, however, the father's right to visit with his ~ ~ children. Both parties agree that they shall not allow any im- ~ ~ moral or illegal activities to transpire while the children are ~ in the respective part~'s custody~ but both parties shall attempt ~ to maintain a wholesome atmosphere for the minor children. The ~ = Husband shall give 72 hours notice of his intention to exercise r his visitation rights, and shall advise the Wife as to the ap- proximate time he will pick up and return the children. ~ b.
