10. All previous Orders and Agreements in this matter shall
remain in force and effect, to the extent that they are not in-
consistent with this Agreement. Husband and Wife acknowledge
that this Agreement-was executed voluntarily and in the best in-
terests of the parties, with the intention to be bound thereby,
~ and the parties consent to the ratification hereof and inCorpor-
ation into the Final Judgment entered herein.
IN WI~NESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Agree-
