the SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, a Florida Banking Corporation,
party of the first part,~ and Wend-Mar Estates Ltd.

WITNESSET~i, WHEREAS, the said parties of the seconc3 part executed
a certain promissory r.ote dated August 15, 1977 , whereby
they promised to pay to the SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COt1NTY, party
of the first part, on order the sum of TWENTY - FIVE THOUSAND

the first payment coming due February 15, 1978

first part, to secure the above mentioned note, a mortyage on the
following descr-ibed premises, to-wit:
Lots 5, 6, and 7, Section 1, DRIFTWOOD MANOR SUBDIVISION.
as recorded in Ptat Book 18, Page 6 of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
