shall remain in full forcc and effect in all respects as if the said
payments had originally been paid as provided for in the original
note, and that nothiny herein st1a11 effect or impair any riyhts
and powers which the s~id party of tl~c first part may have thereunder
for the recovery ot the said Mortgage t)ebt with interest in the case
of non-fulfillment of this agreement.
AND the parties of the seconc~ part hereby covenant that they will
pay the payments as herein provided and the interest thereof at the
time specified; that they will perform and obser~e all the covenants,
agreements, stipulations and conditions on the part of the mortgagor
in said mor~tgage contained in all respects as if the said payments had
been made according to the terms of the mortgage.
