This cause, having come to be heard before me, upon
the Defendant's Motion to Dismiss and Motion for Change of
Venue and Plaintiff's Motion for Default, and the Court hav-
ing been fully advised and having heard all argument of coun-
sel'for Plaintiff and Defendant, and further having reviewed
the Court file; ~ _
IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
1. That the Court, having found that the corporation
was effectively served by acceptance of service by corporate
~ counsel and Motions timely filed pursuant to F.R.C.P. 1.140,

~ Plaintiff's Motion for Default is denied;

~ 2. That the Defendant's Motion to Dismiss is hereby

~ denied and Defendant is granted twenty (20) days from the date
~ of signing this Order to file the appropriate Answer in the

~ instant matter;
~ 3. That the Defendant's Motion for Change of Venue

~ to Dade County is granted.and Defendant's counsel is ordered

~ to prepare the necessary documents to the Clerk of the Circuit
~
~ Court for the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Saint

- Lucie County, Florida, and the Eleventh Judicial Circuit, in
and for Dade County, Florida, for transfer of tnis action and

~ to provide fees to the Clerk as provided by Statute.
