HomeMy WebLinkAbout0228 . . j ~..r~ • • • This Note is secured by a martyage (tF~e Mortgaye) , dated the date hereof, of property situated in the State of Florida, granted by the Maker to the Payee, to which reference is hereby made for a description of the mortgaged property, the nature and extent of the security, the rights of the Payee in respect thereof and the terms and conditions upon which this Note i s i s s ued . The Maker agrees tFiat it shall be bound by any agreement extending the time or modifying the above terms of payment, made by the Psyee and ~ the owner or owners of the property 3ffected by the Mortgage, whtther with or without notice to the Maker, and the Maker shall continue liable to pay ' the amount due hereuncier, but with interest at a rate no greater than the Interest Rate, according to the terms ot any such agreement of extension or modification. The unpaid batance of the Principal Amount, plus accrued interest shall become due and payable at the option of the Payee under the happening of a~ event by wliich said balance shall or may become due and payable ~ under the terms of the Mortgage. ~ This Note may not be changed orally, but only by an agrcement in writing, signed by the party against wtiurn e~~forcemerit ot any walver, change, modification or discharye is souc~hi.
