ASSIGNMENT
The u~dersigned, THE MIAMI NATIONAL BANK, a United States
banking association, "Assignor", in consideration of the siun of Ten
Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, received
from or on behalf of LUTHERAN MUTUAL LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY, an Iowa
corporation, having its principal place of business in Waverly, Iowa,
"Assignee", does hereby assign and transfer unto the Assignee all of
its right, title and interest in and to that certain "Assignment of
Lessor's Interest in Rents and Leases" dated September 22 , 1977,
and recorded in O. R. Book 274 , page 2401, Public Recor~s of St.
Lucie County, Florida, made by LOWELL & ASSOCIATES, LTD., a Florida
limited partnership, to the Assignor hereunder, including all rights
to sue for, collect and receive all rents, profits, revenues,
royalties, rights and benefits due or to become due thereunder, with
power to enforce in the name of the Assignee or in the name of the

assignment is without recourse or warranty.
