BEFORE ME, the undersigned.authority, personally
appeared Betty C. Apte a/k/a Betty Cleo Apte, who, after being
sworn, did depose and state the following:
l. That she is the same Betty C. Apte a/k/a Betty
Cleo Apte, who was married to Howard G. Apte, deceased until
the da~e of his death on Mareh 31, 1978.
2. That she and her aforesaid late husband were joint
owners of the property located in St. Lucie County, Florida,
a legal description of which is as follows:
Lot 21, B1oCk 717 of PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION
18, a subdivision according to the Plat
thereof, recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 17,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
3. That she is presently the sole owner of said pro-
perty having survived her spouse who died during the marriage
on March 31, 1978.
