Before me, the undersigned Notary Public, personally
appeared GLADYS C. CARIBO, who upon her oath says:
1. That she is the surviving spouse of CLETIS L. CARIBO
who died on August 27, 1976, as indicated by the certified copy
of the death certificate which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit
"A" and made a part hereof.
2. At the time of the death of said CLETIS L. CARIBO,
your affiant arid CLETIS L. CARIBO owned real estate in St. Lucie
County, Florida, more particularly described as follows: -
Lots 6, 7 and 8, Block 296, PORT ST. LUCIE
SECTION 2, Plat Baok 12, Page 12A, St. Lucie.
County, Florida, public records;
as tenants by the entirety.
3. The marriage of your affiant and CLETIS L. CARIBO was
continuous and without interruption from the time of acquiring
title to the real estate described above until the death of
CLETIS L. CARIBO.
4. The Estate of CLETIS L. CARIBO was not subject to
Florida estate taxes, as indicated by the.Florida Non-Taxable -
; Certificate attached hereto, marked Exhibit "B" and made a part
~ hereof; nor was said Estate subject to any Federal Estate taxes.
