State of Florida imposed by Chapter 198, Florida Statutes, on the following

East; thence run North 0049' East along the West line of Section 31 a
dis tance of 641.29 feet; thence run North 86008'34'. East a distance of
91.28 feet to the point of beginning; thence run South 86°08'34" West
a distance of 91.28 feet; thence run North 0°49' East along said
Section line, a distance of 1200.07 feet, more or less, to the waters
~ of the St. Lucie River; thence meander said waters Southerly 1250 feet,

; along said line a distance of 252 feet, more or less, to the point of
