PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED
THIS DEED, dated this day of July, 1978, by
and between PEGGY MATHESON, as Personal Representative of
the Estate of WILLIAM J. MATHESON, deceased, hereinafter
called the Grantor, which term shall include when used here-
in, wherever the context so requires or admits, her suc- •
cessors and assigns, and W. JULIAN FIELD, as Trustee, whose

33480, hereinafter called the Grantee, which term shall in-
clude when used herein, wherever the context so requires or
admits, his heirs, successors and assigns.
W I T N E S S E T H:
That for and in consideration of the sum of ONE
MILLION ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND and No/100 ($1,100,000.00)
DOLLARS in hand paid by the Grantee to the Grantor, receipt
