3. This account is in good standing cnd paid up to date as of Morch 29 ,1978.
THEREFORE in consideration of the Metropol ii~an Bank and Trust~ Company making
to a cotporotion in which I have owne~ship, o loan in the amount of s18,000.00 in
order to finonce the purchase of the restauront business known as "Jimmy Moc's", I
hereby pledge, assign as collater+al, and in all manner and in every way, mortgage
my equity interest in this Consumer Insfnllment Soles Controct to the Metropolitan Bcnk
S of Tampa as collateral security for the payment of said ~18,000.00 debt.
